Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program

The intent of the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program is to improve the quality, affordability and availability of the area's owner-occupied housing stock.  Funding will be provided for minor repairs related to health and safety or accessibility or the rehabilitation of housing that is the owner's permanent residence.
