Welcome to LifeTime Housing Group.

LifeTime Housing Group provides assistance to residents and communities in our five county service area (Dearborn, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties). This assistance can take many forms. We have been involved in the following programs/projects:

Ø Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation – providing grant assistance to low-to-moderate income persons to make repairs to their homes.

Ø Senior Affordable Rental Housing – providing affordable rental housing for older persons. These apartments are available at Dillsboro Village Apartments in Dillsboro; North Dearborn Village, near Bright; Tyson School Apartments in Versailles; and Dublin Village Apartments in Dublin.

LifeTime Housing Group is always looking for contractors. Home repairs and modification work is available in Dearborn, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties. Please contact us to have your company added to our bidder's list or click here for further information.
